Our advanced call center conducts both consumer and business interviews, and we have more than 50 experienced B2B interviewers to conduct these in Danish, Norwegian and Swedish

We have especially large experience with customer satisfaction surveys in difficult business segments. Furthermore, we conduct personal interviews and hall tests and we can naturally also assist with postal surveys and all types of web surveys.

Further to ordinary quantitative research, we are experienced in mystery shopping and mystery calling.

All our interviewers are paid by the hour and they are not on commission. This is to ensure a high quality in the data collection. Furthermore, we emphasize training and education of interviewers and we focus on maintaining them to continuously develop and upgrade the interviewer corps.
